YesWeServe’s partner in mission in India is AGNI (Association of Good Neighbors, India), located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This state is located in north India, on the Ganges Plain, in the most heavily populated area of India.

Under the AGNI umbrella several ministries are carried out among the Dalit caste (“The Untouchables”) in response to the Great Commission (Mt.28:18-20):

• Thomas Academy K-10 Grade school, with 500 children – TECS (Thomas Academy Christian Society)
• Thomas Dairy Project; keeping cows for milk production and other uses, which provides income to the ministry
• “Living Water”, installing water pumps for new believers in the villages
• Thomas Children’s Home, currently housing 25 boys
• Women’s Literacy Program
• Village Church Planting and Pastor training ministry
